公司管加工配置了先進的加工設(shè)備、檢測設(shè)備，擁有無損檢測、車絲機、擰接機、水壓機、噴漆、測長稱重等設(shè)備組成的螺紋加工生產(chǎn)線。螺紋加工采用先進的數(shù)控車床，保證螺紋精度。熱處理生產(chǎn)線擁有現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備可實現(xiàn)：“淬火＋回火”、“正火＋回火”、“正火”、“回火”等多種熱處理工藝，具有自動化程度高、數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤、運行穩(wěn)定，速度快、工作安全、環(huán)保等特點。

本公司管加工產(chǎn)品覆蓋了API SPEC 5CT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中第一組H、J、K、N、R鋼級；第二組L鋼級；第三組P鋼級。公司加工的產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)格按API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加工和檢驗;熱處理產(chǎn)品覆蓋了API SPEC 5CT、API SPEC 5L、GB5310、GB8162、GB8163等產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

The main products of the company include many kinds of grades, many types of thread of Casing and Tubing for processing, and Casing, coupling stock, high pressure boiler pipe, alloy structure pipe, line pipe, gas cylinder pipe,  hydraulic pillar pipe, shipping pipe etc. for heat treatment  .  The production line of  Casing and Tubing has been completed with yearly production capacity of 100,000 tons/ year.  The production line of  heat treatment has been completed with yearly production capacity of 100,000 tons/ year.

The production line of  Casing and Tubing has been equipped with  advanced processing equipment and test equipment, and it has advanced threading production line with  NDE, threading machine,  coupling screw-on machine,  hydraulic machine, spray-painting machine, measuring and weighing machine  etc. Advanced CNC machines are used for finishing  thread to ensure the accuracy of thread. The production line of  heat treatment has been equipped with modernize  production equipment, it can realize “quench+ tempering”, “normalize + tempering”,  “normalize”,  “tempering” etc. of  many kinds of heat treatment process, and it has some advantages of high automation, tracking data, stable operation, fast, security , environmental protection.

The products of Casing and Tubing cover the steel grade of Group1: H J K N, Group 2：L and Group3：P of the standard of API SPEC 5CT, and they are processed and tested according to API standard  strictly. The products of  heat treatment cover the standard of API SPEC 5CT, API SPEC 5L、GB5310、GB8162、GB8163.
